01 / CURRENCY

1. Currency

Prices on BROVOXEL are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless clearly stated otherwise.

The amount shown in your order summary at checkout is the amount used for the transaction, subject to any clearly disclosed shipping charges, discounts or other applicable amounts.

02 / PRICING

2. Product Prices

The current selling price of each mechanical keyboard, desk mat or other product is displayed on its product page.

Prices may change from time to time. A future price change does not normally alter the price of an order that has already been successfully placed and accepted at the applicable checkout price.

Where a genuine pricing or technical error affects an order, we will review the circumstances and contact the customer where action is required rather than silently charging a different amount.

03 / DELIVERY COST

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are shown separately where applicable before an order is completed.

Under our current standard Australian shipping arrangement:

  • orders below A$75 are charged A$7.95 for standard shipping; and
  • eligible orders of A$75 or more receive free standard shipping.

The shipping amount displayed at checkout for the order should be reviewed before payment is submitted.

04 / CHECKOUT OPTIONS

4. Available Payment Methods

The payment methods currently available for your purchase are displayed during checkout.

Availability can depend on the payment services enabled on our website, the customer's device or browser, and the requirements of the applicable payment provider.

A payment method should not be assumed to be available merely because it is commonly used in Australia. The options shown during BROVOXEL checkout are the applicable options for that transaction.

05 / PAYMENT SAFETY

5. Secure Checkout and Payment Processing

Payments are processed using the payment services made available through our checkout. Payment providers may process transaction information in accordance with their own security procedures and terms.

BROVOXEL does not ask customers to send complete payment card numbers, card security codes, passwords, PINs or one-time authentication codes by email or live chat.

Please do not send this information to our customer-support team.

06 / AUTHORISATION

6. Payment Authorisation

Submitting an order may require your payment method to be authorised by the relevant bank, card issuer or payment provider.

A transaction can be declined or require additional authentication for reasons determined by the payment provider. BROVOXEL does not control every approval or decline decision made by external financial institutions.

07 / PAYMENT STATUS

7. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order may not be successfully placed or may remain unpaid.

Please check that the payment and billing information entered at checkout is correct. If the problem continues, you may need to contact your bank or payment provider or use another payment option that is available at checkout.

Do not send sensitive payment credentials to BROVOXEL support when requesting assistance with a declined transaction.

08 / VERIFICATION

8. Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention

To help protect customers and our business from unauthorised transactions, an order may be subject to reasonable payment or order verification.

In some circumstances we may contact the customer using the details provided with the order or request information reasonably necessary to verify the transaction.

We will not ask you to provide your complete card security code, online-banking password or one-time authentication code to our customer-support team.

An order may be held or cancelled where payment cannot be verified, appears unauthorised or there is a reasonable basis to believe the transaction is fraudulent, subject to applicable law.

09 / CUSTOMER DETAILS

9. Billing Information

Customers should provide accurate billing and contact information when placing an order.

Incorrect information may result in a payment being declined, additional verification being required or a delay while an issue is reviewed.

10 / TAX

10. GST and Tax Information

BROVOXEL does not state on this page that the seller is registered for Australian GST until the applicable registration status has been verified.

Prices, tax treatment and transaction documentation will be presented in accordance with the seller's actual registration status and applicable Australian requirements.

Where an applicable tax amount is required to be disclosed separately, it will be presented as required through the relevant transaction or checkout information.

11 / PROMOTIONS

11. Discounts and Promotional Codes

Where BROVOXEL offers a valid promotional code or discount, the applicable reduction should appear in the order summary before the purchase is completed.

Promotions may have specific eligibility requirements, dates or exclusions that will be disclosed with the relevant offer.

Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

12 / PRICE REVIEW

12. Pricing Errors

We take reasonable care when displaying product prices, but technical or human errors can occasionally occur.

If we identify an obvious material pricing error before an affected order is fulfilled, we may contact the customer to explain the issue and provide an appropriate option, which may include cancellation and a refund of any amount already paid.

We will not replace the checkout price with a higher amount and charge the difference without the customer's agreement.

13 / CHARGE REVIEW

13. Duplicate or Unexpected Charges

If you believe you have been charged twice or see an amount you do not recognise in connection with a BROVOXEL order, contact us with your order number and relevant non-sensitive transaction information.

Please do not email us complete card details or security credentials. We will review the order information available to us and advise you on the appropriate next step.

14 / MONEY BACK

14. Refunds

Where a refund has been approved under our applicable return process or consumer obligations, we generally issue it to the original payment method.

For an eligible return that requires inspection, we aim to process the approved refund within 3–5 business days after the relevant return has been received, assessed and approved.

Different timing may apply where a refund is required under applicable law or where the circumstances do not require a physical return.

Full information about returns is available in our Returns & Refunds Policy .

15 / REFUND TIMING

15. When Will a Refund Appear?

Once BROVOXEL has submitted an approved refund, the bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds become visible in your account.

This external processing period is controlled by the relevant financial institution and is separate from BROVOXEL's own refund-processing time.

16 / DISPUTES

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with an order or payment, we encourage you to contact us first so that we have an opportunity to investigate the issue.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising any lawful right to raise a payment dispute with their financial institution or payment provider.

Where a payment dispute is raised, we may provide relevant transaction, order, delivery and communication records to the applicable payment provider as part of its dispute-resolution process.

17 / ORDER DETAILS

17. Order Confirmation

After a successfully submitted order, customers should receive or be provided with order information associated with the transaction.

Please review the product, quantity, price and delivery information and contact us promptly if you notice an error.

18 / CONSUMER LAW

18. Australian Consumer Rights

Payment terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

In particular, our payment and refund procedures are not intended to prevent an applicable remedy where goods fail to meet statutory consumer guarantees.
